Backend Developer (Python/Django)

### Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in backend development
- Proficiency in Python and Django
- Strong knowledge of relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL, including experience with database optimization
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in a team environment
- Strong understanding of performance optimization techniques (lazy loading, code-splitting, caching)
- Solid understanding of web application security best practices

### Nice to Have

- Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest and Django’s built-in tools
- Familiarity with Docker and modern DevOps practices
