About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled
Front-End Architect / UI Architect
to lead the architectural design and development of scalable, high-performance front-end systems for our enterprise-grade applications. This role demands deep expertise in modern front-end technologies, cloud-native SaaS platforms, and micro front-end architectures.
As a key member of our technology team, you will collaborate closely with product managers, UX/UI designers, and backend engineers to deliver intuitive, maintainable, and future-ready user experiences. You will define and enforce best practices in UI development and ensure seamless integration across diverse platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Define the architectural vision and strategy for front-end applications, ensuring scalability, modularity, and maintainability.
- Lead hands-on development using ReactJS to build complex, responsive web interfaces.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to transform high-fidelity Figma designs into pixel-perfect front-end implementations.
- Leverage deep expertise in user-centered design and accessibility standards to create engaging user experiences.
- Develop and maintain design systems, reusable components, and front-end frameworks to accelerate development.
- Ensure seamless integration with RESTful APIs and backend services.
- Drive DevOps best practices in front-end deployment pipelines and CI/CD processes.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to UI engineers and developers.
- Maintain thorough technical documentation for architectural decisions, standards, and reusable patterns.
- Stay current with emerging trends in front-end development and introduce innovative solutions where applicable.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in ReactJS and modern JavaScript frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and responsive design using Flexbox, Bootstrap, etc.
- Proficiency in Figma for wireframing, prototyping, and visual design collaboration.
- Solid understanding of UI/UX design principles, accessibility standards, and user-centered design.
- Experience with Webpack, Babel, and other front-end build tools.
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and integration best practices.
- Proven experience with Git, version control, and Agile methodologies.
- Demonstrated background in front-end DevOps, including deployment pipelines and cloud-based delivery.
- Ability to lead architecture discussions and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working on SaaS-based platforms.
- Exposure to micro front-end architectures.
- Background in mentoring front-end engineering teams or contributing to enterprise design systems.
