About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers or early-career professionals trained in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) to join our growing Digital Marketing Team. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to work alongside senior consultants and developers to support marketing automation campaigns using SFMC tools such as:

• Email Studio

• Automation Studio

• Journey Builder

• Interactive Studio

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building and deploying marketing campaigns using SFMC

• Support the development of customer journeys and automation workflows

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand campaign requirements

• Troubleshoot and optimize email templates and scripts

• Maintain documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing

Required Skills

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Good communication and collaboration abilities
