About the Opportunity:

We are hiring consultants in the U.S. who are passionate about backend development. You should have recently gained hands-on experience in real-time Java projects through internships, academic projects, or consulting work.

This is a great chance for developers who want to build their careers in a structured, growth-focused environment while working on enterprise-level applications in finance, healthcare, or product fields.

What We’re Looking For:

- Strong Core Java (Java 11/17 preferred)

- Spring Boot Framework and RESTful API development

- Microservices architecture and integration

- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases

- Familiarity with tools like Kafka, Git, Docker, etc., is a plus

- Strong understanding of object-oriented principles and clean coding practices

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
