Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled React Developer with expertise in Tailwind CSS to join our dynamic development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building responsive, scalable, and performant web applications using modern frontend technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain responsive web applications using React.js and Tailwind CSS

• Collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences

• Optimize components for maximum performance

• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

• Troubleshoot and debug UI/UX issues

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of experience in frontend development

• Strong proficiency in React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript

• Deep knowledge of Tailwind CSS and utility-first design

• Familiarity with REST APIs and Git workflows

• Experience with state management tools (Redux, Context API)

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Next.js

• Familiarity with testing frameworks like Jest

• Understanding of accessibility and performance best practices
