As we grow across 30+ countries, supporting millions of users and partners, our internal tools need to scale too. That’s where the
Support Productivity
team comes in. We're building high-performance admin applications that integrate deeply with our in-house chat platform, which already powers over 20 million monthly conversations. It’s a vital part of our mission to proactively solve problems - often before our users even notice them.


We're now looking for a
Senior
Backend Engineer (Golang)
to join our team in creating scalable, low-latency systems that help our 25M+ users and 300K+ partners get the support they need - quickly, reliably, and with a human touch.


📍This role can be based in one of our tech hubs in Tallinn or Helsinki.


What you’ll be doing:

• Build and maintain high-throughput backend services using Go.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and frontend developers to ship features that support internal support agents across the globe.

• Design systems that are scalable, resilient, and easy to maintain.

• Lead and contribute to architectural discussions and technical decision-making.

• Write well-tested code and help the team maintain high code quality standards.

Our humble expectations:

• 1-2 years of production experience in Golang, with the ability to mentor others in Go best practices.

• Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases - especially Cassandra.

• Experience designing and operating low-latency, high-throughput distributed systems is a big plus.

• Product-oriented mindset — we value engineers who think beyond the ticket and understand the “why” behind the work.

• Experience in leading projects or making key technical decisions is expected at this level.

• Clear communicator with a collaborative spirit — we move fast, but we do it together.

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP) and event-driven architectures is a bonus.
