What You'll Do
Western Alliance Bank is seeking passionate, results-driven Front End Full Stack Net Engineer to deliver innovative, industry leading solutions. We want a creative, highly motivated developer who can take initiative, have a good sense of urgency and is comfortable working in a fast-paced, agile environment.

• Front End delivery (UI/UX and Full stack code coverage) for the Corporate Trust custom web-based systems.

• Works both independently and as part of a cohesive team to deliver innovative software solutions to customers and business partners.

• Collaborates closely with peer developers, QA testers, and business partners to deliver high-quality solutions in a timely manner.

• Analyzes business requirements and translates those requirements into tangible work tasks.

• Architect, design, create and maintain the full stack front end (UI/UX) of customer-facing cloud-based applications. Collaborating with developers to ensure technical feasibility of UX designs.

• Participate in the creation of new products and prototypes.

• Present and explain design concepts and decisions to the team and stakeholders.

• Develop and support website and application architectures.

• Contribute to continuous improvements of the existing product suite.

• Conduct code reviews.

• Ensure web products are responsive and optimized for a variety of devices such as low-end mobile phones, desktop.

• Proactively identify and fix issues to improve backend service scalability, resiliency, and fault tolerance.

• Respond to urgent bugs in a timely manner alongside engineers.

• Help foster good software engineering practices.

• Follow relevant company procedures and help create and maintain relevant documentation.

• Actively participate in all aspects of the software engineering process.

What You'll Need

• 5+ years’ experience in analyzing, designing, and developing using angular with material UI, SCSS, moment.js, rxjs and Jasmine

• Experience working with Figma

• Good to have experience working in other UI technologies like React, Node JS, Vue JS.

• Experience with ASP.NET Web APIs to build Restful APIs.

• Working experience in building applications using .Net MVC, Entity Framework, LINQ, SQL Server, JavaScript, HTML and CSS.

• 5+ years of experience with IaaS, PaaS and SaaS resources in Azure or AWS cloud technologies including cloud enabled network, infrastructure, and security.

• 5+ years of solutioning and designing high available client-facing production grade responsive applications.

• 5+ years of experience using Git, TFS/Azure DevOps for source control / project tracking / build management.

• Thorough understanding of the responsibilities of the platform, database, API, caching layer, proxies, and other web services used in the system.

• Detail-oriented and highly organized with the ability to handle multiple-tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

• Proven ability to learn new technologies and deliver results in an aggressive production environment.

• Strong analysis, problem solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Must be self-motivated and have strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Work in Scrum/Agile environment to plan and estimate the work at different levels.
